● Beruka's backstory is pretty much entirely unchanged - she was found at a young age by an assassin and trained by him to become the perfect killing machine. All of this was totally fine and not at all terrible, and it's definitely not like it fucked up her emotions or anything!!
● Except in this AU instead of killing him for a contract, he more or less shipped her off to work for someone else and they've since been like "you live like this???"
● So Beruka's actually going to the Officers Academy not to be trained, but rather to be socialized. Please learn a feeling, Beruka. Oh my god please, you're so creepy.
● That's pretty much it, this one's short. She's probably been taken in by a noble family, but I'm flexible on which one. I can go with any house, though for Black Eagles it'd almost make the most sense for her to be shoved off on House Vestra (please imagine Hubert trying to socialize Beruka, this is fucking hilarious). So the other two houses might work better.
● Regardless, she was trained to be loyal, but doesn't actually feel any genuine loyalty unlike with Camilla. She goes where the money is, because that's what she was taught. She is absolutely going to learn to feel things and it'll be terrible.
● Strengths: sword, axe, flying. Maybe bow or lances??
● Classes: commoner → fighter → brigand → assassin/wyvern rider → wyvern lord. The only thing she actually likes are wyverns.
● She's also crestless! Once again, any house. I can make it work.
