[Neo certainly wouldn't have minded even if it was cold, but that warmth is nice. It's easier to relax into the kiss, allowing Sonic to guide him. He has half a second to breathe before Sonic's kissing him again and Neo returns it just as passionately; he finally relents in his grip on Sonic's arm to allow his hand to move and... oh, ear scritches... his weakness...!!
Though he wasn't tense before, it isn't long before he's once again putty in his boyfriend's hands, eagerly returning that kiss until his body forces him to break away to breathe. Right, that's a thing organic beings need to do, which is truly a crime. He doesn't let Sonic get a word in edgewise, instead occupying his newly-formed mouth again with another kiss, eagerly mimicking Sonic's motions and trying to explore his boyfriend's mouth as well.
