One, is that it's damn cold outside. Usually not a problem for Sonic, because of his fur, and he doubts that Neo has any problems with it either. Usually his speed is enough to keep him toasty even in the coldest environments, so it's usually not too much of a problem.
Two, is that Neo is...well, metal. Anyone with eyes can see that. He's metal, he's cold, and sticking something wet and pliable like say, one's very organic lips to metal is usually not a good idea. Sonic's heard horror stories of human kids getting their tongues frozen onto poles before, because of stupid dares, but he's never paid them any mind. After all, how could that happen to him?
Three, is...well. Just one plus two, really. Because. Uh.
Sonic's lips are very much stuck to Neo's metal mouth area, and Neo can likely hear the slightly muffled 'oh no' as Sonic's grip tightens on Neo's shoulders, trying to get himself off to no avail.
